5 Underwater Mobs in Minecraft
Minecraft game is one of the much sought after sandbox games in the market. Mojang has pleased fans by releasing a new piece of content in a recent update to Minecraft.
Minecraft’s 1.17 Caves & Cliffs update adds three new mobs to the Minecraft game, two of which are aquatic mobs. There are also newly added mobs Goat, Axolotl and Glow Squid in Minecraft.
In the first phase of this new update to Minecraft’s Caves & Cliffs, Axolotls, Glow Squid, two new aquatic mobs are available, making the total number of aquatic mobs in Minecraft Game XI up from nine previously.
There are also hostile aquatic mobs in the Minecraft game, such as the giant guardians and drownings in Minecraft. Whenever players get close to them within a specific range, these mobs will attack the players at the same time.

Best Underwater Mobs in Minecraft
1 ) Axolotl
Axolotls is one of the newest mobs in the Minecraft game. All these cute creatures have won the hearts of players ever since MineCon first appeared in the 2020 stream.
These mobs can be found in caves. These mobs cannot survive outside water for more than five minutes, so if players place these mobs on land, these mobs start moving towards the nearest water source.

2) Glow Squid
These are different types of squid that live under water where it is very dark, these mobs will lay eggs there. These mobs glow in the depths of the oceans and drop bags of bright ink upon their death.

These mobs can be found near sunny and sandy beaches. Players playing Minecraft often underestimate the speed of this mob underwater because this mob moves slowly on land.
Whenever these turtles leave, they remember the block as their home beach. These mobs will always try to return to their home beach.
In Minecraft, players can tame turtles in the game by dropping cane or melons on a block on which the turtle is hiding.

It is found in groups of 3-5 in all oceanic biomes except frozen oceans. These mobs are a passive mob. These mobs will not hurt the players.
If players feed raw cod to dolphins, it will easily lead them to a treasure.

5) Tropical Fish
These are beautiful, colorful and one of the most commonly found passive mobs.
There are about 2,700 types of tropical fish in the Minecraft game, with mobs found in groups of up to nine.
