How to Fly a UFO in Fortnite?
Fortnite Season 7 introduces a lot of new alien invasion tropes. You can easily customize your own character and craft new alien weapons in Fortnite Season 7 by collecting alien artifacts, and most importantly, you can steal their UFOs and ride them.
There aren’t any vehicles new to Fortnite these days, but this is the first time we have an aerial vehicle in Fortnite. We’ve seen helicopters and airplanes duel it in the sky before, but UFOs are a very important development in all of this.
So today we will tell you how to find UFO and ride UFO in Fortnite.

Fortnite UFOs: How to Find Them
The first time you enter a match, you need to look at the map for key locations. If you see any place name flashing purple it means that you will find a UFO hovering over that area.
Whenever you get there, you should be ready for a good fight. You don’t want to get into a UFO hijacking that has nothing to support you.
Now you have to choose a UFO. UFOs have about 600 health, so UFOs do the same damage as a car. You have to bring it down with a medium or long range weapon.

Once you shoot a UFO on poor health, the UFO will start falling from the sky. With this happening you have to be prepared for trespassing NPCs to come out of the UFO. These NPCs include the high-powered alien weapons introduced in this season, so you need to be careful and don’t let them overwhelm you.
You also need to note that the UFO seems to take a second to repair itself after you’ve shot it. You will see a blue hologram around the surface. I’m not quite sure whether this is just a timed animation or whether you need to destroy you trespassing NPCs. Once that hologram is gone you are good to join the UFO.

Fortnite UFO: How to use it
The controls for UFOs aren’t very detailed, but if you’re used to the other vehicles in Fortnite you might find them a little difficult to get used to.
SHIFT: Boost you UFO in any direction. You can use it three times before recharging.
Left Click: Laser Blast. This laser acts like a slow-moving missile, so you’ll love to lead your shots, especially if an enemy is using another vehicle.

Right Click: Tractor Beam. This is a classic hijacking beam that will grab players, objects, cars and shoot them into the sky. It’s a great way to collect items and get the enemy out of a strong position, although it doesn’t do any damage from a fall.
